3.4 Refund Policy

4.2 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example—

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → 20,000 Ks bonus → balance 40,000 Ks → wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks
  • Deposit 420,000 Ks → 200,000 Ks bonus → balance 620,000 Ks → wagering required: 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks

Bonus funds may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been fully met.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each bonus may have restrictions on the number or type of games that qualify. If a bonus is claimed using a VPN or a duplicate account, it may be voided immediately. The bonus amount itself cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from the bonus after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn.
